How to replace C5 rear pads and discs?

Slightly offtopic here...

Citroen appears to be sharing its brake discs accross rather a lot of its range. The Xantia and C5 appear to share the 288mm front discs, the other two sizes (266mm and 283mm) appear to be the same diameter but different thickness. That means cheap brake discs for us DIYers!

The 407 has some discs that are bigger (330mm), I wonder whether they'll swap over as a brake upgrade for the C5.

My C5 brakes are great (2.0 HDI 110). Can't see why you would want more!
