Totally unseasonal choice, semi-starship mileage, been owned by half of the South-east and as practical as a chocolate fire guard. I want it! I've a 2.1TD lump tucked away which would make an interesting project........

If memory serves, only the 16v's had the flared rear arches and side skirts too.

Cricky what a start to the competition, a couple of interesting finds, Dave I wish you'd not found the 304 Coupe, if I had £500 floating around it would be mine! Practical Classics list the saloon at 1500 for top notch, and 4500 for cabrio, I've never seen one of these but reckon could be worth a couple of grand...buy it
)
So at the end of the day my top 3 are....
1) Peugeot 304 Coupe £495, Dave Bamber
2) Renault Rodeo, E675 (£465), Bernie (though it looks like a Matra)
3) Citroen LNA (Bernie), E50 (£34.50), but is it 652cc air cooled?
still plenty of time for all that to change....

Well im finding myself quite inspired. Given the stupid cost of insurance on my BX its getting to the point where im half tempted to buy something rediculous and have it as a daily drive, maybe a Mehari for the summer [:D]
A 4x4 2CV would be quite fun!
Are cars much cheaper on the continent? ie would you get better deals and more interesting cars on a trip to France?
