My head would say that it would be better to register the LHD one over here and make it good and put up with LHD rather than go through all the hassle of putting the bits into a RHD shell.
That's just me and I learnt in an LHD and it doesn't bother me a jot.

I am beginning to think that as well, I will get it regd'ed up first as I have to strip parts/overhaul from the other two cars anyway and that will take time.
It will get repaired/serviced during the summer then off into the garage for the winter. Engine change, Re-Spray , Undercarriage clean/protection and maybe the Wheel side swop then.

.....I had a LHD Lancia Delta Integrale Phase2 for just over a year, I did not have many problems with that but did notice I used differing styles and overtaking places than the other car I had at the time. Like the Xantia it had (more) the power to make a decision to pass whenever you wish anyway without being a nutter and being silly. "Nutter speed" I keep for tracks :)

One benefit I did not consider was that because I have an Auto box in the C5 and the Kia (and that the Healey has not been out for 6 months), gear changing came very easy from early on

Very nice...
Your hydraulic leaks might both turn out to be easily fixed, the strut could be just a torn gaiter or dislodged return pipe. The pumps usually just need an O-ring or 2 replacing.

It is why I have two donor cars :)

The ram will need changing, I am pretty sure of that...The pump will be changed and rebuilt and shelved for later. The intent is to generate as many "boxed" spares as I can with them ready to fit when needed. (Jims Ram fix will do the job on the 2ltrs Ram so I will take that off first and fix this one later)
It is one of the reasons I am stripping the V6 Exclusive donor 1st so I can clear space. All the ancillary's should be off the next week ready for the engine to be pulled.

Anybody need a V6 Auto box ?

Yes, but space and the large number of removed spares I will need to keep dictate that I am brutal about this.as you say, a shame but thinking about it there are not many cars worth keeping that used the box.

Anyway its raining to day so I decided to keep at stripping the V6 so as to clear that garage asap for the V6 Activa. Spannering to relax after the last few days adventures to the land of wine and cheese !

Here are some quick shots of the V6 Activa
