I've just got my list of solar for October, best day produced 11Kwh worst 1.9 Kwh so they still work even if the weather is dull

What are our Gallic neighbours doing with Solar Power :?:
Mandating it's installation on car parks over a certain size...

Electrek's take

In France, solar just got a huge boost from new legislation approved through the Senate this week that requires all parking lots with spaces for at least 80 vehicles – both existing and new – be covered by solar panels.

The new provisions are part of French president Emmanuel Macron’s large-scale plan to heavily invest in renewables, which aims to multiply by 10 the amount of solar energy produced in the country, and to double the power from land-based wind farms.

Europe's largest battery energy storage installation has gone live in the UK with the capacity to store up to 196MWh of electricity, pointing the way towards greater use of the technology to replace fossil fuels with renewable energy.

The Pillswood project near Hull towards the North Sea coast of England has been developed by Harmony Energy Limited and aims to provide load balancing services to the electricity grid. It is claimed to store enough energy to power around 300,000 homes for two hours.

Tees Valley Lithium has received full permission from Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council to construct the refinery at the Wilton International Chemicals Park and feed into the vast demand for battery power as the UK needs more electric vehicles on its roads.

Can I just say that the "old man" didn't look so old to me!
As I get older I think a lot about the hereafter - I go into a room and then wonder what I'm here after.

Inside every old person is a young person wondering what the hell happened.

Lin is definitely hardy and capable. I've seen a few more of her videos now and this Vlog site kept coming up. Have you seen it?

Three months doesn't make a summer but encouraging start.

Let's look at the evidence so far, Chez Falcon, the results are in for November 2022.
