What is the highest mileage Xantia on the forum I wonder ?

I'm bound to miss 200,000 on the Xantia, if I haven't already, as I only seem to get behind the wheel to move it from blocking the drive, so I can get the C15 out but it was such an anti-climax in the C15 I'm more concerned about the 198,000 mile oil change.

As for the C15 turning 222,222 - yup, it's bound to be the wrong time/place/moment (Gallic shrug)

After a recent new thread asked where had all the Xantia discussions gone, it's reassuring to find this (first time for me).

Mine ('99 HDI SX 110) is also modestly still going, 256000 now, bought 16 years ago on 24,000.

On reflection, this is only the third car I've owned that I bought with less than 100k on it, others being a Triumph 2500 and a Mini Clubman. My first BX went from 113k to 180k, and the second from 50k (clocked, guess probably 150+) to 233k.

I like these threads mines not impressive though , bought the xantia 3 (?) Years ago at about 53k now at 92k .

My old HDi110 was at 370000km when I sold her, last time I heard from next owner it was around 450000km. Now it seems scrapped, don´t know if it hit 500000km before that or not.

Until 370000km engine was only serviced, not repaired. Clutch, injectors, turbo and so on were originals. Only engine-related problem was exhaust pipe before catalysator that rosted and I had to renew catalysator because of that. Luckily that was quite cheap on ebay (around 200€).

I had a xantia exclusive hdi 110.. now sadly long gone.
But bought at 157k miles. Not kilometers. And ended on 320k miles.. so that would be 514,000 kilometers...

Anyone beaten this yet. I will also add. Sane head gasket and same turbo.. heater matrix started leaking at 240k but a shot of forte stop leak sorted that. One electro valve at the rear.. and on altinator when the lhm pump leaked onto it and killed it at around 305k.. and its possibly 2nd or third clutch at 240k or so.. cant remember now..
