national tyre offer

I think this issue has been covered before but I am still confused. My current Xantia (1.8 16v) and my last (1.9TD) use 14 inch tyres. However, most people seem to use 15 inch. I guess there is not much in it in reality?

My old '94 SX TD Xantia was on 14" steel rims, when the '97 one turned up it was fitted with 15" rims, so Citroen clearly changed wheels sometime between those two dates. DUnno when.

£35 each for a budget tyre ? just got a pair of pirelli p5000 drago, balanced, and new valves - £60 the lot. they grip grip well (progressive when they are letting go) and are not bad in the wet. last pair wore nice and even tho only lasted 8 months.....but kept me on the road which is the main thing around these 'ere country lanes
