Bigger Tyres on a Xantia

Nomad you are lucky !!
I lived in Spain and had an old Ford Escort (excuse the French), fitted with 155/70 by 13 tyres.
I changed them for 165/70 size and it failed the mot cause they were not the original size as per logbook
Out there you cannot put on different sized tyres at all .

i run my 97 xantia estate with 195/65/15 on back and 185/65 15 on the front,will my speedo be out?
