ZX rear brake adjusters

ZX rear brake adjusters

What I need to know for a friend is, on a 1.9D M reg ZX hatch is it going to be Girling or Bendix, and do the adjusters GSF sell come as a set for both sides, or single sides?
Thought someone on here would probably know!
