gear stick snapped
can it be changed easily???
is it a case of unscrewing the four screws, takin off the mounting plate and recoving the level from under the car?

If it's like the ZX td you'll have a little work on your hands. Underneath the car you'll find that the bottom of the gear lever has a linkage that goes to the gear box.
1) Undo this nut and bolt assembly. Only 1 nut and bolt.
2) from inside the car undo the 4 nuts and lower the gear stick to the ground.
Not to sure but I belive that you can replace just the stick part but if you going to a scrapper then you might aswell just change the hole thing. Just remember to grease well up when re-fitting. Hope this helps mate.
