I have a 605 SVDT and the temp gauge does not work and the electric fan comes on as soon as i start the car and runs constantly until i stop the engine.Before i replace both switches (temp one looks fairly new)is there anything else i should check first?
Any help appreciated.

i drive a 605 SVi. the fans on mine come on immediately if the a/c is switched on and keeps on running until engine is stopped. normally without the a/c they come on only when when the temperature hits close to 90deg. you might want to check the relays and the fan motor as well.
