Two months ago it failed it's m.o.t due to high emissions the fault was down to the lambda sensor which was replaced and cured the problem, before this I noticed that the car was idleing a little high which was better after the sensor was fitted. a few weeks ago when driving the car just cut out, lights came up on the dash i stoped and started again after 2 attempts. Now the car is a bit reluctant to start from cold and idle's at about 1500rpm and seems to be miss-fireing from cold too
Could this be the lambda sensor again ?. What other sensor(s) is it likely to be ? and which are the easyest to change?
My local garage doesn't seem to want to help just surgesting taking it to my local renault dealer , which is a bit to far away.
anyone has this problem or could give any advice. Thanks
