rear screen washer on xantia 1.9td

I have a xantia 1.9td the rear screenwash doesnt work but after trying it a few times,I was looking for somthing under the rear n/s seat when I noticed a rather large pool of water looked liked screenwash water.I need to know the route from the reservoir to the rear wiper can anyone help me please. Sorry I dont sound too interesting.
