If anybody is interested just had a new cambelt fitted today, cost £165 all in,i seem to remember someone enquiring some time ago so if you're out there, it was done at a independent local citroen garage.Incidently when i bought the car i was assured from the seller that the belt HAD been done recently..... not so it was pretty knackered,warning!!!! make sure they aint telling porkies.

That's a familiar story! When we bought a diesel Pug 205 a few years ago it was supposed to have a belt fitted as part of the deal. After I got it home I took the cover off - sure enough they hadn't done it!
