Hello all, James here, from Leeds.
I look after a small delivery fleet, and half of it is Berlingo and Partner vans, the 1.5 BlueHDi ones. They have been good to us on the whole, but I'm the one who ends up dealing with whatever goes wrong, so I've been reading here for a while and it seemed rude not to join.
The question I keep coming back to is AdBlue. I keep reading about tank and pump failures on these engines, and the dealer quotes for a replacement are eye-watering. Is it as common as it sounds, and is there anything that actually helps, like topping up more often or sticking to one brand of fluid?
Thanks in advance, and I'll try to give something back where fuel costs come up, as that's most of my working week.

Hello and
There are a fair number of adblue related threads so have a browse from the 'home' link under the main banner above and see what you get by searching for 'adblue' in the Citroen and Peugeot forums.
