C5 X7 2.2 HDI 125kw trumpet turbine noise above 2500rpm

Hi

my car gets a trumpety sound above 2500rpm, which I doubt is actually the turbine. Possibly a leaking hose or similar but I am asking since someone may have had similar experience and has already had a fix (hopefully simple). Otherwise engine very healthy and works normally but I keep it below that rpm for that reason at the moment.

I imagine turbine issue would cause very different sound. Or?
