What diagnostic tool for new electric eC3 ?

i everyone,

I recently traded in my old 2010 C5 Mk3 for a brand new eC3 Aircross, and I also own a 2023 C5 Aircross Hybrid.
First, I am looking to invest in a reliable good diagnostic tool so I can properly check module status and live data. Any recommendations on what currently works best for newer models?
Why do I need it? well, I was told by Citroen, if I visit the dealer and they find nothing wrong with my car, they will charge me forservice, so Iwant to know what is wrong before I visit them.


Second, I'm experiencing a very strange and frustrating issue with the eC3:
Twice in the last month, when unlocking the car and opening the driver's door, the alarm siren goes off at full blast.

Once triggered, nothing seems to stop it immediately—locking/unlocking, opening/closing doors, or even starting the car (the car drives fine, but the siren stays blaring). After a couple of minutes, it eventually stops on its own.

Has anyone else encountered this phantom alarm trigger on the new eC3/C3 platform?

The latest DIAGBOX software is required for new vehicles. This is currently software version 9.277.
A good VCI is also required.
