Boxer 2l engine fuse box diagram - cigarette & 12v supply to cab

Hi all
Been trying to find out why I have no power to the cigarette lighter, and gone all the way back to the fuse box. As in both terminals of the fuse has no power.

Is there a further fuse downstream of this?

All the fuse diagrams I've seen do not include the secondary fuse box next to the main engine one.

I can not help but in case others can you need to provide details of the vehicle, just saying it has a 2 litre engine is not enough.
