Hey everyone,
My eMyWay system is running version 2.07.
I tried to update from a CD ISO using a USB, but that didn't work.
I want to update it as Bluetooth is spotty and disconnects midway through a song, and I would like to use MiraScript properly with some maps that aren't from 2012.
Does anyone have any tips or files for the upgrade from 2.07 to 2.86B?

If you simply copied the ISO onto the USB stick then that certainly won't work. You need to copy the contents (files and folders) to the root of the USB stick. You will probably need to use a program to mount the ISO as a virtual drive.
But it was probably a good thing that you didn't go straight to 2.86. If you look at this table download/file.php?id=83044&mode=view you will see that the only safe upgrades from 2.07 are 2.20 and 2.21. I only have 2.21 and I will send you a link to that in five minutes. It's all ready for a USB stick as it's been extracted from an ISO
If you go further than that you will need to get the configuration restored as yours will be lost. You should use MiraScripts to save your configuration to a USB stick. A guide is here viewtopic.php?p=866819#p866819 I would strongly suggest you save your configuration even for a first step. At worst you can pay a dealer to upload the configuration from the French servers.
If this update installs but doesn't work I can send you links to later version softwares.
