Citroen Spacetourer 2107 1.6 Blue HDI - Warbling alarm sound.

My Spacetourer has recently started to make a warbling alarm sound from behind the multifuction display. It's a fairly quiet alarm barely audible from outside the car if the doors are shut, and it continues even with the ignition off and the car locked. The alarm has now randomly stopped, but if it happens again I'll record the sound, meanwhile I'm concerned that if it randomly starts again I'll drain my battery.

Although I have no idea what the warble is, it may be worth doing a BSi reset following the procedure in the link below just to see if it stops it happening again

Has it got any aftermarket accessories fitted?
The first part of the noise sounds just like pretty much every cheap unbranded dash cam i have ever seen when they switch on or power down but then its stuck in some sort of loop?
