Hi
Have a 2013 2.2 hdi c5 tourer automatic 150kw on about 210 k miles .
I am thinking of cleaning dpf and wondering on its location
Not sure if it’s the expanded piece of exhaust attached to turbo at back of engine or the torpedo shaped piece underneath the car which is a lot easier to remove .
Like this car and would like to go to high miles

Re: Dpf location
This is a parts picture of the DPF which should help you find it at the end of your manifold downpipe.

I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!

Re: Dpf location
Don't know, but the DPF will have a small bore stainless pressure sensing pipe screwed in the exhaust either side of it.

The DPF housing may also incorporate the catalytic converter.
As I get older I think a lot about the hereafter - I go into a room and then wonder what I'm here after.
