Berlingo HDi hesitation on light acceleration

I've got a hesitation on light acceleration on my 2015 Berlingo HDi 120 (non AdBlue Version). No Check engine light, no stored faults. I've striped everything off the top of the engine and there is no evidence of leaking around the injectors. Any ideas?

Have you checked for air leaks ? :)
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!

Water in the fuel filter housing ?
Husky. :? Thinking outside of the box is better than sitting in a dark one.
