Ds5 phone problem

2015 ds5 phone seems to be stuck in private mode. I can use the screen to make calls and incoming show on the screen and ringing is on the car fine. As soon as call answered sound Is only on the phone not the car speakers. Private button on screen does nothing.

I had a C4 Picasso of that era. Have a look at your bluetooth connections via the menu, maybe a sub menu for properties or settings for each connection? I recall that you could set 2 or 3 options like media streaming, phone etc on or off.

Also look on your phone, I can only comment on android so if you have iOS you need to find your own way. Whe you are away from the car, not connected, swipe down, select bluetooth, find you car in the list of things you can connect to, tap settings and see if all the sliders are set to on.

Also worth a try is connect someone elses phone, see what happens so you know if its the car or your phone.
