Xantia parts/layout diagrams anywhere?
Morning guys, its been a long time. Lifes ups and downs seem to get in the way these days. Anyways, trusting all is well and nothing to report my end. My 'collection' of non runners are all in a similar state and this seems to be a yearly attempt to at least motivate myself into getting one of them moving which would then have a knock on effect on the rest before my missus calls the scrappy. How are scrap values these days? Im looking for parts and layout details for my xantias. I did have set of dvds which have since deteriorated it seems, thanks for previous assistance Jim. I came across 7zap, monthly subscription. Has anyone anything to say about the validity or used the package? I need info as ive dismantled quite a chunk of one activas engine bay and its not going to go back together unless i can see a layout in front of me. Also, bits n pieces which need parts numbers for in the off chance anything is still available. Weathers been decent so reall i should have been on thr sun lounger instead of fettling with cars as everything i touch just gets worse. And, needless to say the dreaded tin beetle was found in large amounts under the covers so maybe i could have a beginners go at welding small areas although my primary focus is just getting at least one motor back together. Thanks people!
Mike

You may, or may not, find this site useful: https://www.autopartspro.co.uk/citroen-xantia-carparts Good luck.
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!

Re: Xantia parts/layout diagrams anywhere?
Thanks for the info MTM, really useful parts info, will come in handy. What i'm missing here is the parts layout info that used to be available in the citroen service site cos that showed how the bits actually went together along with parts numbers. I've got bits off the car which are just 'bits' its been so long since i dismantled everything. There's not a lot but needs putting back in 'reverse order' so to speak and i've no minds eye view of what things were like beforehand, that's my problem. I took a quick look at 7ZAP and was wondering if anyone had any experience of using the site, is it safe, is it useful that sort of thing.
