Re: Peugeot 2008. The new chapter
I had Screwfix's version of Henry from Titan which has worked brilliantly for years but this year I have gone cordless wherever I can and bought this for £6 from my favourite auction because I already have the batteries and chargers. It is much easier to use around the garage and cars with no trailing cord to worry about and I think it does as good a job from suction point of view and the wet pick up is truly epic!!

Re: Peugeot 2008. The new chapter
If you make mess in big quantities (like I do
) then I can recommend this type of thing:
A cyclonic pre filter thing.
Goes with the matching DeWalt wet and dry hoover:
It's actually the second pre filter setup as when doing our house up, I made this one (from a dead wet and dry hoover) no cyclonic action on this one, an old hand tower trapped in the lid surprisingly effective as keeping some of the dust out of the (much smaller than the big DeWalt) wet and dry hoover I used back then - also pictured:

You can never have too many vacs. We have a few old ones from relatives which perform better than ones you can buy now.

I have three, a Miele for upstairs, a Henry for downstairs/cars and a Titan wet vac for when disaster strikes (or the carpets need shampoooooing)

I'm still using an old Bosch I rescued when I cleared out my dad's last place. Does the job

Jokes aside theres nothing more satisfying then standing back looking into a well hoovered interior of the car after a real good clean .

Mme cleans out her dog carrier, aka car, once a year when she visits the kids in the UK.Huskyxantia wrote: Yesterday, 07:16 Jokes aside theres nothing more satisfying then standing back looking into a well hoovered interior of the car after a real good clean .
She says " After a while you don't notice the muck & the mutt never complains"
Can't remember the last time I cleaned the old Pug.
That's country life for you.
Mind you, both cars are in tip top condition mechanically.

Re: Peugeot 2008. The new chapter
Used to have an old estate years ago just for dog hauling, once winter was gone and it started to warm up it used to get a deep clean once a yr , then after that it just got a quick vac out once a month. Wife got a big boot liner for the 2008 which covers the whole area with seats down, worked a treat a couple of weeks back when dog had to go to the vet for his yearly vist , kinda lucky were we are so close to all the farm and reserves its all walking distance only car use is vet stuff, thank god , maybe its ocd lol... hope not.

Re: Peugeot 2008. The new chapter
We had a BX19 TRS Estate that used to transport our two rough collies. I used to hoover the back out every couple of weeks until I found the permanent solution,
