2.0 bluehdi, 177hp, 2017- intake air leak problem

Hi,
Got problem with locating air leak. Diagbox air intake flow test ( ECU->actuators-Air intake....) confirms leak with list of issues as on attached image.
EGR is new ( coded)
MAF new (coded)
Valve cover new
Smoke test - positive result ( no visible leaks)
No DTC
No whistling during acceleration
No power loss

Test results unchained.
Last option I have are
- faulty MAP ( live data doesnt look obviously screwd thou)
- internal flow limitation in intercooler ( some damage result of driving through deep water ( 40cm) on motorway ( speed was 20-30kmh).

Am I missing anything? Any other ideas?
BTW: got to this point cause engine produces too mich soot, which makes passive regeneration of DPF not possible. With new ( programmed) injectors and new DPF ( programmed) , I can see that active regen is effectively only while driving with non to minimum engine load "sailing" ( most effective way).

Anywhere between the MAF sensor housing and the turbo intake inlet. Lose pipes ., gaps into the air box? Check The entire pressurized side—including the boost pipes/hoses, intercooler (charge air cooler), and hose clamps. Look splits clamps not tightening properly, is the egr stuck slightly open due to carbon ? Also If the butterfly valve or flap housing in the air mixer is cracked, worn, or failing to seat properly, boost pressure leaks out could need a good spray with carb cleaner
Perforated Intercooler: Road debris can puncture the front-mounted intercooler, creating a hidden pressure leak. But unlikely. Still worth a check tough. So check all pipes clamps clips and so on, check any oil fouling around the egr where the gasket is , say oil its more like carbon stuff that could cause problems as its creating a leak which could let air in and throw up codes too. Hope this helps in some sort of way

Intercooler was changed 4kkm ago and have 0 signs of damage. Airmixer still clean and no unwanted movement. Sealing of air mixer is tight too. EGR was replaced and also no signs of mulfunction. I'm focusing on plastic pipe going from turbo to IC (starts at the back of engine and goes below it), although I can't get mu head around how can it be: leek serious enough so Diagbox can trace it on stationary vehicle (practically 0 boost from turbo even at 3000-3500 rpm during test) but still untraceable by smoke test.
MAP replaced from car which pass this Air Intake System test. No change

If you have no boost from the turbo, is it not turning ?

U have full boost (as requested by ECU) but I cannot hear the leak (any noise)
