Citroen jumpy build sheet

Hi ! I just bought a citroen jumpy, i found a webasto unit, but dont have any control for it and I want to see if it was fitted from citroen or after by the previous owner. Does it go on automaticly or do I need to get a controller ? And how do I get the factory build sheet? Tried vin decoders online but no luck.

If it's any help;
My late '99 Pug 806 bought at 2 years old transpired to have a Webasto unit when I noticed unusual steam/fumes coming from below with high pitched whine.
It's got no controller that I can find otherwise I'd turn the intermittent operating, highly annoying thing off as it's not necessary in my area yet always whines at me for about 10 minutes without 'firing up' when outside temperatures fall below 10 deg C & I switch off the ignition.
Damn things got a mind of it's own & I'm too lazy to find out how to disconnect it as it rarely falls below 10 C here
