Unread post by Leejasp »

I have ds5 2013. Does anybody know someone who has diagbox who has access to citroen servers to correct configuration errors in telematics. It says needs to download. North east england. Dealer eant 160 just to look at it then more to correct issue.
Thanks

Is this on an RT6 unit? What is wrong?

It says rt6 configuration download error. Connect to server. Dealer asking to much. Diagnostic cost then repair cost.

That often happens when firmware is updated to V2.86, unfortunately (based on my old DS5), it's a dealer or someone with aPSA on-line account on diagbox needed to do the update as it requires server access to download the updated config file.

An unoffical way that may work is to manually configure using Mirascript (some info but not DS5 specific on Github at https://github.com/bentalebahmed/Citroe ... iraScripts)

What version of Diagbox are you using? If the message is about connecting to a server this might be because it's been updated too far.
