Hi everyone.
Can someone help with these fault codes.
It gives me the service light
1. Is reversible generator.
2. Serpentin belt for engine
In diagbox 7.57 I can't delete the fault codes.
It tells me that "the request is out of tolerance"
Start again or contact helpdesk.
I supposed it's something with the serpentine belt lifespan cause of the stop/start system. So it has been renewed together with the 2
belt tensioner pulley.
So now I only need to delete the fault codes.
But I can't.
Any idea?

On PSA e-HDI engines equipped with a reversible alternator (Stop-Start system), the engine ECU and the reversible alternator control unit track the cumulative wear/cycles of the serpentine belt.
When the belt lifespan counter threshold is exceeded:
A logged fault for the reversible alternator/serpentine belt is triggered.
The system locks the ECU from simply clearing the codes until the belt replacement procedure and counter reset are executed within DiagBox. Standard OBD code clearing or forcing a clear will return "request is out of tolerance."
2. How to Reset it in DiagBox 7.57
Instead of going directly to Fault Reading / Fault Clearing, you must clear it through the repair/maintenance menu for the reversible alternator:
Connect Diagbox and go into Diagnosis -> Repair.
Select the Reversible Alternator ECU (or Stop & Start / Micro-Hybrid ECU, depending on how 7.57 labels your specific BSI/ECU tree).
Navigate to Pack Repair (or Replacement Parts / After-Sales Service).
Look for an option titled Replacement of the Accessory Belt / Serpentine Belt or Reset Belt Wear Counter.
Follow the on-screen wizard to confirm the belt replacement. This resets the internal wear counter in the ECU.
Once the counter reset is successfully validated by DiagBox, go back to the Fault Reading menu and clear the codes. They should clear without the "out of tolerance" error.
3. Ignition State & Voltage Requirements
If it still throws "out of tolerance" during the counter reset procedure:
Engine state: Ensure the ignition is ON, but the engine is fully OFF.
Battery Voltage: The reversible alternator ECU is sensitive to battery voltage. If the battery voltage drops below ~12.3V during diagnostic communication, commands will fail or time out with tolerance errors. Hook up a battery charger or trickle maintainer to keep voltage stable at 12.5V+ while working in DiagBox.
Engine ECU Sync: If resetting under the Reversible Alternator menu fails, check under Engine ECU (Injection) -> Repair -> Replacement Parts -> Accessory Belt Replacement. Some software versions route the counter reset through the primary engine ECU instead of the alternator sub-module.
Once that counter parameter is set back to zero, the ECU will allow the stored faults to be deleted cleanly.

I have already used AI with roughly the same text.
Without any result.
What i didn't was to put a charger on the battery.
I will do that, and then we'll see.

On my old DS3 I found option for belt replacement in the repair menu under engine ECU. It worked fine and cleared the code with no issues
