C5 from 2003 has a super loud click when going over bumps.

I have a C5 from 2003 and whenever i go over a bump in the road i hear a super load click or clank. It started after i towed my camping trailer. I have no idea what it might be, but i am guessing that it is a worn bushing. It is only on the right rear. I stood in the right rear door and shook it like crazy, and heard it loud and clear. What i fear is that it will be some super expensive issue that will get even more expensive to leave alone. I am 360km from home in the north of sweden, so i realy hope i can get back home without needing a tow...

Worn out bearing in the trailing arm. If you're lucky it will just be the bearing, if it's bad then it might have chewed the arm up. Getting the rear caliper off on these can be a trial too if it's never been off (they loctited the bolts on all the way through!). It won't fall off, but it might get noisier, and if really bad the tyre can lean in and rub on the inner wheel arch.
