Help! removing panel under steering wheel

Hello

I am investigating the clicking under the steering wheel.
is there a guide on how to remove the panels under the steeing wheels?

I cannot see any obvious screww or clips.

I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!
