Hi everyone,
I have a Renault Twingo II 1.2 TCe that has developed a misfire problem.
The engine misfires quite noticeably at idle, but once I'm driving, the misfire becomes much less noticeable or sometimes disappears completely.
So far, I've replaced:
Spark plugs
Ignition coil
Spark plug leads
Unfortunately, the problem is still exactly the same.
At this point, I'm a bit stuck and not sure what to check next. Has anyone experienced something similar or can suggest what could be causing this issue?
Any advice or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

Ideally you need to have a diagnostic session to see what is going on
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!

I'd take a look at the cambelt if it's got one and check no teeth are missing from it. Just my opinion.

Yes I ask the stupid questions, because normally it is that simple.
