Fuel pipes

citroen C3 Mk2 2015 1.6 hdi blue 100

Im trying to replace the fuel filter but cant get one of the pipes to release.

Can someone remind me how to release them.

From left to right looking from front to rear of car, the fuel filter is back left of engine

The furthest left is a plug and socket, the middle one is a pipe where the hose connection is female , just squese the tabs in and it pops off.

The one iv got problem with is the right hand one where the pipe is male to female on filter, theres a white bit on the hose end and pits to press or pull on filter body.

Please can some one tel me how to release it.
