Hi guys, my first post here. I recently acquired a 2015 Peugeot 508 very cheap, seller thought the turbo was stuffed so sold it cheap, but a hose had just popped loose from the boost solenoid.
But I have discovered a puddle of oil forming on the heat shield just below the solenoids(see photo attached).
As far as I'm aware, the only thing up from this heat shield that could leak oil onto it would be the rocker cover gasket? If there's any place else you'd recommend I check before taking the time to remove the rocker cover to replace it's gasket please let me know. As you probably are well aware, visibility isn't great behind these engines, so even with my mirror it's quite hard to see where the source of the oil is. But my best guess is the rocker cover gasket.

For future reference you can include your picture in your text simply by placing your cursor where you want the picture to appear and then down in the attachments box click 'Place inline' beside the picture and it will appear as part of your text.
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!

I would wipe off the oil and then see where it appears again.
