Re: Picture(s) of the day....
Penge, the south London locality I was visiting this weekend, has rather a lot of very attractive street art. It's certainly not graffiti. It's all created by a talented local artist. It's a heck of a way to get the gable-end of your house repainted for free
This one rather caught my eye - if you'll excuse the pun...
I like high-quality street art

3 generation family week in a rented house in Ambleside. This is parked opposite. Unusual to see a '4' in the UK.

Re: Picture(s) of the day....
Just dropped my C8 off at Chevronics in Hitchin, I limped there, had to stop twice as it was going to blow up. But what did put a smile on my face was this little beauty, absolute mint condition.

Have you asked if they'll do swapsies with it - the AX for the C8 ?
I'm sure Jim would be only too willing to look after it for you

He'd swap it for Strawberry and change the plates. There was also a mint Ami 8 in dark green but I forgot to take a photo.

That red AX looks lovely... And a very early one too... I'd love to know how much Chevronics are asking for it... I'm scared to ask!!!

For those of you who have followed the development of Tally Ho as I posted here this is a snapshot of the latest position as they head back to the UK:
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!

Re: Picture(s) of the day....
Had to pay a visit to the police station in South Shields. Waiting for the bus home:-
Surprised that it got in, the doors are automatic and only open when there is a bus in the bay and people waiting to pass through them.

Have you not seen the videos, there's a gull somewhere making its way in a grabbing bags of crisps / packs of sandwiches - the automatic door is no longer a barrier to the little opportunistic buggers!

Re: Picture(s) of the day....
There is a Greggs immediately behind where I was sat so quite probably.
It occurred to me that the bus station is on the ground floor and the upper floor is the Metro station, perhaps it came in there and then down the lift (or stairs)
