Hi,
I'm trying to find some 3rd party driveshaft joints for my 2008 C5 Tourer 2.0 X7. It's the Exclusive model with the Hydractive 3 suspension and has the automatic gearbox. Does anybody know of a reliable source please?
Regards,
Ian

Have a look here: https://www.autodoc.co.uk/car-parts/dri ... /year-2008
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!

Forget bloody AutoDoc ( unlike some I cannot stand them and their stupid delivery time/imposable amount of hassle to return items, not just you Mick)....give Euro Car Parts a ring.

I wouldn't use Autodoc either Alasdair, but Jim and Matt rate them as ok if you are happy to wait. I use Parts in Motion these days!!

Thanks to everyone for your help!
There seems to be a few variations for the outer joints. Does anyone know the correct part number for my car? The VIN number is VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff].

Ian

A company called ATC got back to me on Ebay saying this should be the correct joint - https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/177408220769. Does anyone know if this looks like the correct joint for my car please?

I cannot check your via your vin number but it (as an early car) should be a 138hp engine....if so, drive shaft are not many.....just pick your gearbox.Mantisman wrote: Yesterday, 10:02 Thanks to everyone for your help!
