Had a similar problem with Firefox a couple of weeks ago. Removed and renewed the favicon and all was good.RichardW wrote: 13 Jul 2026, 09:59 I was randomly logged out yesterday, and on trying to log back in (Android / Chrome) got the invalid message. However, close the tab, open a new one, google FCF and click through, then straight to log in and it was OK. No idea! Might be some issue with the browser caching the form. Or not!

Re: submitted form was invalid
I believe that this issue was triggered by people using saved links or bookmarks which point to www.frenchcarforum.co.uk. This was perfectly acceptable until a software security update a few months ago which now causes such links to be invalid for some pages.
The forum will now redirect the troublesome links to the equivalent valid page.
