Hi did you get to the bottom if this? My 2016 relay has the same noise.

Yes - in the end I went to a peugeot mechanic and he said it's the valve of a pump (perhaps the brake pressure pump? It was in Spanish so I am not completely sure) - and that he hears this sound on all the vans. So it's absolutely nothing to worry about.

That said, I think the sound on my recording does not give a good idea of what it actually sounds like. So it could be that yours is different.
