C4 B7 refitting wipers after damper change

Hi all, sorry if this has been covered before, but in order to get access to change the shocks and upper mounts I had to remove the wiper arms and scuttle.

To make life easier put wipers in service position, marked them and removed.

Fast forward many seized and ground off bolts requiring replacement, things took much longer and the weather has been far from kind up here. On top of that i had to run the engine to check all was well after the fuel filter change, this has rest the wipers to park position and all the marks have been washed away.

So if refitting just take punt at base of the screen drivers side sit below passenger or other way about?

any help appreciated

On the 308, the wipers were fitted with both parallel to the bottom of the screen, which caused one to sit naturally above the other, due to the different angle of bend in each arm.

Sometimes windscreens have a small mark on them showing the position of parked wipers. No idea if the C4 has them though but this topic has some info viewtopic.php?t=68438

Well finally something i got right on the ballache of car, the windscreen has to very faint white lines I used that to line up the passenger side wiper the set the drivers just below, seems to work fine gets full sweep to the edges of the screen and parks as per the pics above.
