Thanks for the feedback. Another problem might be the tension in the accessories belt. How would I go about tightening the belt, I can't find any video. Do I simply increase the torque on the tensioner central bolt?

I'm sorry but I'm not familiar with the tensioner on the stop start.
However the standard engines had two types of tensioners. The engines built before 2004 had a lead-screw adjuster. Tension was adjusted by turning the lead-screw and locked in position by the bolt in the center of the pulley bearing. The other type had a spring inside the tensioner and the tension was automatically adjusted.
If you cant see the lead-screw (looks like a very long bolt going up and down) behind the tensioner pulley, I'd say it's the spring loaded type and there is no adjustment.
