New owner

I have just taken ownership of beautiful 2016 Citroen C3 Picasso 1.6 blue hdi. It’s the platinum spec with 62k on the clock and a great service history, including recently replaced catalytic converter, dpf, ad blue tank and we have had the timing belt done as part of the sale. Very excited to get some use out of this car and glad to see there is a good forum here. Do you have any advice for a new owner? Such as other components to monitor at this age/mileage…

Hello and :welc:

You have my deepest sympathy! (only joking for the benefit of some other members!) The best way to find out what is what is to browse the forum from the 'Home' link under the main banner above which takes you to the Board Index, select a forum eg. 'Citroen' or 'Off Topic Chat Lounge' and then use the search facilty to enter 'C3 Picasso' or 'Blue Hdi' or similar terms and you will find a wealth of good and bad information around the forum. Enjoy! :)
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!

Congratulations on your new car, very nice indeed. Panoramic roof on a day like today would be really nice. Mine looks exactly the same but has a normal roof and no LEDs. All in all, nice car and, properly maintained, will run for a very long time. I will say that as a first time owner of a Citroen C3 Picasso, I found mine to be pretty solid all round, reasonably easy to maintain and a good all rounder, great accessories and features too. Where the car is most comfortable is cruising at 70 in 5th which it will do forever because the gears are very long imo. I imagine driving to the south of France with this would be doddle!
