Citroen C2 VTS cranking but wont start

Hello, i need help with my Citroen C2 VTS, after a short ride i parked the car, and when i came back and wanted to start, the car was cranking but wont start. I read the codes and the code was P0336 Crankshaft position sensor A circuit, but also the wipers are constantly working and lights. I have changed the sensor but the problem stays the same. I dont hear the usual beep when starting the car and the radio dashboard and radio are not working, and sometimes the windows. I dont have Lexia but some cheap chinese diagnostic. Could be the crank shaft sensor failed but since it has been replaced check its wiring and also the cam shaft sensor. Often these can fail gradually, cutting out the engine when hot but once cold allow it to run again. The other problems could be the battery is flat and needs charging.

Thank You for the response, i will fully charge the battery tomorrow, and start from there. After reading few forums i am suspecting on the com2000 module maybe, it has the grinding noise sometimes and horn is not working but i connected the horn thru the relay and switch so that doesn't bother me, Today i made a new ground terminal due to old being bad.
