Vauxhall Grandland Advice

Good evening,

I know Vauxhall isn't supported in this forum, but I was hoping that some members have knowledge of the touchscreen and map updates for the Vauxhall Grandland. I have read through a number of topics in FCF and I can see there are a significant number of similar updating issues. For example, the 'version not compatible with hardware' message. So far, I've only been able to update maps using the Opel app. Interestingly, there's another update for maps, but it's a lower version number than the version I recently installed. There's also a touchscreen update, but I kind of feel like giving up because I'm getting nowhere with it.
Any advice would be so appreciated.
