Oh dear Matt :( Your cars are really keeping you (and your metal bashing skills) busy... Good work though.

Against that, you got your money's worth out of those brake pads and your work on your wind back tool reminded me of how I once made a custom Xantia one as no general-purpose tools would do the job - I still have it.

I can't wait for that - weather I thrive in. I definitely don't in our current stuff

Thanks for the link Husky, definitely a good price. I wondered about the use of that type - as doesn't push the piston in (or rather only pushing with the ratch is the only force in that direction) where as my type, the threaded section is pushing it in whilst rotated.

Thanks Jim. Fingers crossed it continues to progress well, next weekend.

Just imagine a punnet of perfectly ripened raspberries along with some very tasty tayberries - the latter are very worth growing. Never seen them in the shops...

I have a cracking crop of strawberries this year too :)

Think I was outside for roughly a minute before the rain blew in.

Just hoping the wind continues to blow and the clouds can bugger off somewhere else!

Wondering if the 32 was actually average wind speed for the day to be honest, it's very gusty!

Rain stopped now, so going to see what I can get done
