Pleased to hear it as there has been no change despite some fiddling here.

Re: submitted form was invalid
I have a new idea of what is causing this. I will temporarily make a change to the site settings tomorrow morning for a few hours so that those affected can see if there is any change of behaviour.

Re: submitted form was invalid
My access using Firefox is much improved since refreshing the link. Also seems faster although with the odd slow down but better than Chromium.

I have made a temporary change to the forum settings. Can anyone who has been affected by this problem please check that they can login now? I need to revert this later today, as it may slow down access for all users.

As the placebo to this issue, I am still working well from phone and laptop.
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!

Still not working on my phone / Chrome; I deleted all the site data to make sure. Sorry Mike!

Logged in, first with Firefox, which took several minutes. Then Brave, much quicker, then Chromium which was practically instant.
No 'form invalid' nonsense.

Re: submitted form was invalid
As mentioned elsewhere, I now believe that this issue has been fixed by clearing the Cloudflare cache.
It should not have been necessary, as I don't believe that Cloudflare should have been caching login requests, but we will see if it recurs.

Re: submitted form was invalid
I was still getting the message in Chrome on Android - but then forced a load of the desktop not mobile site and it worked OK; back to the mobile site, logged out, closed the tab, re-opened, back in via the front page, and it now works. I have no idea!!

Re: submitted form was invalid
No messages but dreadfully slow yesterday. So were other sites but not as bad. Broadband speed checked and it was down to about 10% of what it should have been.
It did pick up later but the FCF remained very slow.
All good today though.
