Stuck down electric windows easiest fix?

Feel so dumb I put one of my windows near wide open, now it won't go up.

Only the down button now results in a click sound, but no motor life. Up buttons do nothing at all.

Is there any chance that it's just a fuse has gone?
I'm also really hoping that there's a failsafe that allows the window, in this state, to be manually released and closed.
I won't use my windows again when this is resolved

Some cars respond to a long press on the lock button on the remote by winding up all the windows. Try that.
