2001 Peugeot 406 HDI90 estate.
I had all the windows open yesterday to stop the seats melting (it was 35c) and when I tried to close them again the left rear would not raise on the button. Of course then we had a thunderstorm that appeared out of a clear sky and I had to scramble to cover the open window space. Today I am trying to fix the problem but cannot gain access to the window, etc. I found the hidden Torx screw and used my beloved window card tool to unpop all the fasteners around the edge. I got it loose enough to lift the panel out of the window seal at the top. It is very loose but still being held by something in the middle that I can't see. Shall I just rip it out with a crowbar or is there some trick to getting it off. All the searches on Google, Youtube, and the various forums only show other models or just the front doors. It seems nobody ever removes a rear estate panel.

I thank you for the quick response but it is like all the rest. It only applies to the front doors, not the rear.

Rear door
I should have read your post properly ! Hope this helps. When all screws and clips off it should just lift off.
