Re: Telematic box
Been with the garage for 7 days, still no news. I have been unable to drive lately, but now all is clear, so tomorrow I will ring for a loan car until the problem is fixed

Re: Telematic box
Well, at last, GOOD news, my car has now been fitted with a new telematic box, and all is now working. I'm just off to pick it up. Hope that is the end of my story, fingers crossed

Hi. Me again, guess what, TOMTOM stopped working, app not collecting any information from the car, back in touch with Citroen...normal response will pass on to our technical team, and they will get back to you. WHAT A LOAD OF RUBBISH, ROUND AND AROUND I GO AGAIN ..I managed to get a free service due to the problems. I WOULD JUST LIKE A CAR THAT WORKS

Re: Telematic box
My scythe is more reliable than my petrol lawnmower, but I'm not reverting to cutting my large lawn with a scythe. It's not unreasonable to expect a new car which the OP doubtless chose because of - among other things - its advertised sat nav capabilities to actually work as described.
A quick thought, has the Citroen connect subscription expired? Even if it has the satnav should retain basic functionality but who knows what stops working if you stop paying. Does everything else work - radio, speed limit display and so on? Sounds like its back to the dealer and getting increasinly demanding.
Citroen market share is falling despite having decent value for money comfortable efficient cars, I wonder why

Re: Telematic box
My Car is still in the garage, still unable to get TomTom or other connected services to work properly. THIS is now getting beyond a joke
I have now been without TOMTOM since last September. Where do I go from here? I would just like Citron to contact me and explain WHY it's not working

Re: Telematic box
I had the car returned to me. Instructed to drive the car, and the TomTom Sta Nav and apps will connect. drove for over 70, and guess WHAT? You got it NOT WORKING
I have now given them 4 weeks to put it right before I take action.
I can't blame the Garage, as they are following the instructions from Citroen; they have now replaced the Telematic box twice. THIS IS THE LAST CITROEN I'LL EVER BUY
Going back in two weeks as I need to use the car.
