Another haunting and tragic song, appropriate for the day

Mick friendly too, soft voice, not too high pitched.

For no reason at all I found myself playing the entire B side medley of Abbey Road the other day. The (almost) final track The End contains the closest that Ringo Starr ever got to recording a drum solo. As someone who doesn't like them I have to say it's a good-un.

As I get older I think a lot about the hereafter - I go into a room and then wonder what I'm here after.

Inside every old person is a young person wondering what the hell happened.

I'm interested in other people's opinions on this!! While I found it OK to listen to, it is probably the worst visual music video I have ever seen. I found some of the body language and facial expressions very hard to endure!!

A 'nothing' song for me, just a lot of noise. Didn't watch it all.
As you say the facial expressions are unappealing but that is true of the majority of musicians (guitar face) and their antics on stage, especially the dreadful gyrations commonly known as 'dancing'.

From Neil's post about his Leaf

Thought it was this one though.

I always thought he said "A Noah Stroke" really, it is "An Oar Stroke"

I know this song has been posted a couple ofttimes but this version by Eva Cassidy gives me tingles. A life sadly cut short far too soon.
