EC3 Aircross build date

Hi

I'm looking to find the build date for my ec3 VIN VR7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]. I've been in contact with Citroen customer services and was told it would take 5 days. That period has passed and was told today the guy in technical isn't in the office and could take a few more days for a response. I find it surprising why it would take that long for some basic info. Regardless, is there anyone kind enough to help with this?

Citroen usually put an RP number on the sticker on the B pillar which can be interpreted to give the build date (and factory) - post up a pic and we can work it out.

There are two stickers on either door (VIN blanked). I worked out the year is 2025 but cannot figure out the month. I asked the guy at Citroen customer service if there were any other stickers/plates or places the build date would be marked (like the engine bay) and he said no.

The RP number is 17839 and that decodes to a build date of Thursday 11th of September 2025 and 76 equates to Trnava (Slovakia). Result taken from https://www.mittns.de/core/orga-rechner-en/

Excellent. I now know that my C4 hybrid came out of the factory after they did the gearbox mod that plagued some earlier ones.

Not bought new for decades but did this time, good deal on. Ordered 15 March, delivered early April. Built 7 Feb so not sitting in a puddle in a storage yard as so many were a few years back.

So all those numbers on stickers have a meaning after all
