ZX 3 DR rear side glass removal?

I'm trying to do a little bodywork repair on my ZX, but it means I'm going to have to remove the rear side glass, I had a go earlier, but can't see how the glass is released at the hinged end. Any help greatly appreciated, 'cause winter is coming!!! Cheers
